Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

TEAM

means TEAM Marketing AG (also referred to as “we”, or “us” in this Privacy Policy).

means the small files that may be placed on your Device containing the details of your browsing history on a specific website.

We only collect information on you when you contact us.

We may collect and process the following personal data collected in connection with certain use of and interaction with the Service in order to optimise the Service, respond to Users, and publish and share information with you:

Retention of Your Personal Data

TEAM will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

TEAM will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.
